cry out to God.
i mean...pour your heart out to Him.
He will listen.
He is merciful.
He is love.
He is strength.
give him your burdens.
He will take them from you.
He will heal you.
He is gentle.
and He cares for you.
He will pull you through anything and everything.
He is everlasting.
He will never fail you.
and through Him, all things are possible.

Meredith, I really like what you wrote about not having any strength. When ever I believe I have no strength., I ALWAYS think of the BiBle verse Phillipians 4:13 "I can do ALL things through Christ who gives me STRENGTH."
